MyAllianz Terms of Service
- The MyAllianz service is solely for use by the Allianz policyholder (Direct business) and must not be accessed otherwise;
- Documentation/correspondence relating to a policy is available to view online within this service and will not be sent by post in the future once the MyAllianz account is registered (we may continue to send certain correspondence by post in the future, including the certificate and disc of motor insurance, registered letters and correspondence relating to subject access requests);
- We will notify the policyholder by email and SMS when new correspondence is available to view within this service. As such, the email address and the mobile number are considered key mediums for communication with you. The policyholder is accountable for advising us of any change to the email address and/or mobile phone number associated with the policy record. The email address and the mobile phone number used to register the MyAllianz account, must match the corresponding information associated with the policy record;
- For policies in joint names, the email address and the mobile phone number used to register the MyAllianz account, must match the email address and mobile phone number associated with the policy record;
- Only information relating to active policies may be viewed through this service; if a policy is cancelled or lapses at renewal, the policy information can no longer be viewed through this service, including any claims information and policy correspondence;
- The policyholder undertakes that to the best of his/her knowledge, any information provided through the MyAllianz service is accurate and complete;
- MyAllianz users are responsible for the activity that happens on or through their MyAllianz account. To protect your MyAllianz account, keep your password confidential. You must notify Allianz immediately if you suspect or become aware that your login details have been compromised;
- MyAllianz users must only access this service from trusted devices or endpoints. Users are solely responsible for the security of any documents or correspondence downloaded from the MyAllianz service;
- For site security purposes and to ensure that this web service remains available to all users, Allianz employs systems, which control and monitor user interactions and related network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to access, upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Anyone using this service, expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials;
- Unauthorised attempts to circumvent controls to access, upload or change information on Allianz servers, or render such services unavailable for any duration, is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law;
- In all instances, Allianz reserves the right to remove user access to the MyAllianz service without notice.
- These terms of service are subject to change without notification.
