- There will be one winner of the Allianz competition at the Broker Meet the Market day 2024. (referred to as the competition for the purpose of this document). The winner will receive two tickets to the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2025.
- The competition opens on the 3rd of October.
- Entry to the competition is gained by filling out the online entry form by scanning the QR code provided at the Allianz stand at the meet the market day.
- You must be over the age of 18 and a resident in the Republic of Ireland to enter.
- Any person who enters the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Allianz p.l.c. reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe any winner has contravened these terms and conditions.
- Allianz p.l.c. will randomly select the winners from the entries that have entered by Friday 4th October at 4pm.The closing date for the competition is Thursday 3rd October at 4pm.
- The winner will be notified by Allianz p.l.c. by phone within 2 business days of the closing date above. If we cannot reach you on the number provided we will send you an email, you must respond to this email within 2 working days to accept the prize or we will select an alternative winner. We will send you the tickets within two weeks prior to The All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2024 by electronic mail or post.
- By entering the entrant grants Allianz p.l.c. the right to publish his/her first name in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email, and on Allianz p.l.c. website) to disclose the results of the competition including the winner's first name.
- Employees of Allianz p.l.c., their agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
- No alternative prizes are available and there is no cash equivalent.
- The winner may not transfer the prize to any other person.
- One entry per person is permitted.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and all other matters relating to the competition the decision of Allianz p.l.c. shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- Allianz p.l.c. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason, without notification.
- There are certain things for which Allianz p.l.c. does not accept any liability to you. Allianz p.l.c. will not be responsible for and will have no liability in connection with acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond Allianz’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: a) any postponement or cancellation of the offer, b) any changes to the offer or the way in which they can be used c) damage loss, injury suffered by any person using the offer d) any act omission or default of any third party supplier.
